My mother – a talented teacher by vocation – introduced me to an old Polish curse-like proverb: "I hope you end up teaching strangers' children!" Effectively (phew!) discouraged from pursuing a career in school education, I haven’t given up on teaching.

In my career as a Customer Success Manager, I’ve been trusted with enterprise customers such as Allianz Partners, European Commission, Motorola Solutions, Honeywell or Shopify.

My adventure with Customer Success started when I was helping online store owners develop their businesses with Shoper – the most popular SaaS solution for e-commerce in Poland. I also ran an educational portal uniwersytet.shoper.pl where you can still find valuable knowledge about e-commerce and I designed internal processes for customer growth and education.
Then, as a CS Team Leader, I helped companies make their first steps with Heretto and now I work as a CSM at Paligo – in both cases within the technical documentation and knowledge management industry.

I'm a co-founder of the Customer Success PL project where you can find a podcast, interviews and a lot of interesting (I hope!) knowledge about the Customer Success field.

Privately, I’m butchering Japanese (though I’m getting better – I even have an N3 language certificate) and trying to better understand the Far East, while eagerly watching the latest horror movies with a special admiration for the A24 studio. That is, of course, if I’m not interrupted by my two beloved but mischievous cats, Taiga and Aku, or my son Edward.

Subjects that I raise are customer success, managing processes and relationships with SaaS customers, creating compelling presentations.
